Each year, through the generosity of our donors, the Coquitlam Foundation provides community grants that help strengthen and enrich life in Coquitlam.
Applicants must be registered charities or partnered with one able to accept funds on their behalf.
To ensure support is shared widely, organizations may receive funding for two consecutive years before waiting a year to reapply.
Grants, typically up to $3,500, are awarded across diverse areas including arts and culture, diversity initiatives, education and literacy, environment, health and community wellness, heritage, and support for seniors in need.
Community Grants applications are reviewed by the Coquitlam Foundation Grants Committee, which is comprised of current Directors and selected community member volunteers.
Grantees are required to submit a Project Final Report upon completion of their projects.
